Growing pains
Just woke up in the morning... blur.. blur..
He has a smile that can melt hearts... can i say like father like son .... sorry what did you say??? ok ok .. i get it.. it doesn't work that way..
I wonder if all the babies behave this way... they simply refuse to get change. He will scream his lungs out if there is any attempt to change his clothes. Will not sleep until he has exhausted both his parents and driving them nuts.. Screamed all the way home in the car from granny's place.. and many many other stuffs which we simply put it... the "joy" of parenting... what to do... can't live with them, can't live without them.

Having a good time in a shopping centre located @ some ulu part of Singapore... A place where there is lots of greenry and best of all ... our surname is in it..
Wifey and Gerald... who does Gerald looks like?? Friends said he looks like me, relatives said he looks like my wife and parents said ......... give up
This was the first time that Gerald solid food.... wondering when can I introduce him to the wonderful world of coffee, satay, bbq stingray, hot and spicy kang kong, katong laksa. coffee .. the only drinkable beverage in the world..
This is our little dash.... his super power is drooling and will wet anything and everything in his path.. beware of his coming....

His first Christmas... looking cuter by the day... the presents you see is all for him ... ho mia baby.. (those who dun understand can ask your hokkien friend)
One month old I think ... sorry not very good with dates ... for potential suitors... he is lazy .. TV addict (especially wheather forecast/advertisment/wheel on the bus vcd etc) stubborn (strong will if you like) has a dimple, good looking, lots of hair, sweat a lot, likes listening to Jazz ... etc
What can we say... happy and proud to be parents of little Gerald.. really hope that Gerald will grow up to be a man after God's heart.. Our prayers for him is that God will protect and guide his way, lighten his path, grow up strong and healthy.... etc.
Gerald was born on 27 September 2004... a healthy weight of 3.145kg.

Accident day
The condition of the car..

4th Oct 2005 was not a good day for the Seng family and especially Gerald.... cos we had an accident on the CTE while sending Gerald to his granny's house. It was about 9.15 in the morning and as we approached near the Braddell Fly Over, there was a build up of traffic. we slowed down and stopped behind a Honda Accord. All of a sudden there was a loud bang at the back of the car and the impact sent the whole car rocking and it surged forward hitting the vehicle in front as well. The first thing on my mind at that time was to check on Gerald cos he was at the back seat with Imah. Thank God!! nobody was hurt but Gerald was crying inconsolably because of the shock. .. It was an episode in my life that I will never forget especially the sound of crying Gerald, the thought of losing him at such a young age sent shivers down my spine ..
... if anyone happens to read this blog and is a driver, I urge you to be extra careful especially if you're the one behind the wheel... we are responsible not only for our own lives but also for other road users as well... a little more patience .. tolerance.. etc will get us home to our loved ones. .. Lastly I want to thank God for protecting my family especially our little angel Gerald cos I believe that without His divine intervention... things might be worse than they were.
